Refunds & ReturnsWe want both you and your pup to be happy. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


30-Day ReturnsYou have 30 days from delivery to request a return.


EligibilityTo qualify for a refund, we ask that you:
  • Use the product for at least 25 consecutive days - Our product is natural and hence some may take longer consistent efforts to see results.
  • Follow the directions printed on the bottle
  • Return the bottle (even if empty) to our warehouse for inspection (shipping at your expense)
  • Provide your receipt or order number
This helps us ensure the product was given a fair chance and used as intended.


First-Bottle Taste Guarantee If your pup refuses their very first bottle, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll refund you for one unit from your first order, even if it’s opened. (We may ask for a quick photo of the product/lot code so we can keep improving.)


How to start a return
  1. Email us at support@furrywell.my with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll give you our warehouse return address.
  3. Send the product back to us (shipping at your cost).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved.
  5. If approved, we’ll reach out to collect your bank account details so we can process your refund manually.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, we won’t be able to accept it that way.


Not returnable
  • Opened consumables (except under the Taste Guarantee or approved refund requests that meet the 25-day rule)
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Hazardous/flammable goods
  • Sale items and gift cards

ExchangesNeed something else? The fastest way is to return your original order (once approved) and place a new one.


Refund timingOnce we’ve inspected your return, refunds are processed manually via bank transfer. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the transfer to reflect in your account.If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email us at support@furrywell.my and we’ll sort it out.
